Charlotte Barber Wiley
Secretary
Charlotte has been the secretary at the Center since January of 2000.
Her primary duties include payroll and Center grant accounting. Charlotte
is the mother of three boys and before coming to the Center has worked
as a potter, math teacher, noodle hanger, and personal financial assistant.
