In this activity students will explore the Four-Color Theorem by coloring various maps in MicroWorlds. Mathematics: Students will investigate the original Four-Color Theorem and a modified version. Mathematical Thinking: This activity will engage students in reasoning, conjecturing, problem solving, and synthesizing of findings. Technology: Students will color a built-in map in MicroWorlds and will import and color maps from various websites. Sample Screen Shot:
