• Open up the spreadsheet.  If you are seeing #### in various parts of the screen, you need to load the random number generating function.  To do this, pull down the Tools menu and select Add-Ins.  In the dialogue box that pops up, check off Analysis ToolPak.  Select OK to get back to the spreadsheet.  Press F9 to run the first simulation and everything should now be readable.

• If you would like to magnify or reduce the display, in the Zoom box (a drop down menu located on the toolbar with a percentage already entered), click the size you want, or enter a number from 10 to 400.
