GEORGE C.  SCOTT

  My report is on George C. Scott, a famous actor. He was born in Wise, Virginia in 1972.  When he was young he moved to Detroit, Michigan, where he grew up.   He served the U.S.Marine Corpse  from  1945 -1949.   (He probably started his acting career  again from 1949         to 1999 .)  He was best  known for the show Patton  which  he  played General George  Patton, a general during World War II.  He also  played in the version of Scrooge.   He   was the first person to refuse the Oscar award for best actor.  He died at the age of 73 in 1999.
