            Students will explain the major terms of the Indian Removal Act.

            Students will list at least three implications of Removal for Native American people and tribes.

            Students will list at least two differences between the textbook version of the Trail of Tears and the 
                material read in class.

            Students will describe the impact the policy of Manifest Destiny had on Native American people.

            Students will be able to explain the view of removal from the point of view of the United States 
                 government and from the point of view of Native American people.
