These can both be added by choosing the appropriate option from the INSERT menu. Microsoft has some examples of both media to use, or you can insert your own from a file.

In the case of Slide 23, the hyperlink downloads the sound file from the web and plays it using Real Audio. If you do not have an audio plug-in already on your computer, link to the Real Audio website to download a free plug-in.
